Data Availability Policy
- IJDST encourages authors to make the data supporting their research findings available whenever ethically, legally, and practically possible.
- Authors of research articles should include a Data Availability Statement indicating whether the underlying data are publicly available and, where applicable, providing a repository link or DOI. When research data cannot be shared publicly due to privacy, ethical, legal, confidentiality, or intellectual property restrictions, authors should clearly state the reason and describe, where possible, the conditions under which the data may be accessed. For studies that do not involve or generate research data, authors should state: “No research data were generated or analysed in this study.”
- Authors may be required to provide relevant supporting data to the Editor or reviewers for the purpose of verifying research findings, subject to applicable ethical and confidentiality requirements.
- IJDST supports responsible and transparent data sharing while respecting research ethics, participant privacy, intellectual property rights, and applicable laws and regulations.
