Review and Updates Policy
- IJDST periodically reviews its editorial, publication, ethical, and operational policies to ensure that they remain accurate, transparent, and consistent with recognized international academic publishing standards.
- The journal shall review its policies at least once every year, or earlier when significant changes in academic publishing practices or requirements occur.
- Policies may be reviewed in response to developments in research integrity, publication ethics, open-access practices, DOI and metadata standards, indexing requirements, applicable regulations, or other developments in academic publishing.
- Policy revisions shall be approved by the appropriate editorial or publishing authority before implementation.
- Significant policy changes that affect authors, reviewers, editors, or other members of the journal community shall be communicated through appropriate journal channels.
- IJDST shall maintain consistency between its published policies, submission guidelines, author instructions, and actual editorial practices.
- The Editorial Office shall periodically review the journal website to identify and correct outdated, inconsistent, or inaccurate policy information.
- IJDST shall maintain transparency when making significant policy changes and shall ensure that such changes do not compromise editorial independence, fairness, or the integrity of the published academic record.
- The latest version published on the official IJDST website shall be regarded as the current and applicable policy.
